COVID-19 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When providing hair / make up services in your home or wedding venue it is required that I work in a covid safe environment
I will arrive in PPE & remain in this for the duration of your appointment

Please make sure there are hand washing facilities for me to use

Please make sure the room I will be working in is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected before my arrival
Ideally the room should also have good ventilation ( open windows) and natural light.

I will also need a large table & 1 chair with plenty of space around it.

Please do not touch any of the hair & make up equipment.

I kindly ask that during your trial or wedding morning that numbers in the room with me at one time are reduced to the minimum for the duration of your appointment.

We will chat on the phone 2 days before me your trial or wedding date to check all health concerns are covered.

Your temperature maybe taken upon arrival of your appointment – If any client has a high temperature then hair & make up services will not be possible that day

If this happens on your trial appointment then we will reschedule it to an alternative date
Any petrol or parking costs will be charged

If there is a high temperature found on the wedding morning:

Bride or Bridesmaids:
Hair & make up services will not go ahead on that client & no refund shall be given

If I develop any Covid-19 symptoms I will not be able to attend your trial or wedding morning
Where possible I will send a replacement professional artist in my place

If Bride or Bridal Party has any coronavirus symptoms (or has been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the previous 14 days )
They MUST NOT ATTEND the trial or wedding . It is not a fair to put me or my assistants at risk

If I arrive & suspect that anyone has coronavirus symptoms I will leave immediately.

I will check everyone’s temperatures before I start work – If a high temperature is found make up & hair services will be refused & no refunds given

It is all clients responsibility to contact me to cancel their appointments & bookings with as much notice as possible if they do not feel well.

 

POSTPONEMENTS

All postponed weddings from 2020 will be accommodated to the best of my ability,
If you choose a new date in 2021 or 2022 you will start a new booking
Your previous booking fee ( deposit) will not be carried over.
